Job Context:
SUOXI Medical Equipment Important & Supplier, a concern of SUOXI Group, is engaged in the supply, installation, and after-sales support of medical and electro-medical equipment across healthcare institutions. We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Service Engineer with a Diploma in Electronics or Electro-Medical Engineering who can effectively handle technical sales, equipment installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and customer support. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, field service capability, and customer-oriented communication to ensure smooth operation of medical devices and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Sales and Service Engineer will support technical sales activities by assisting in product demonstrations, explaining technical features, and providing basic pre-sales support to clients.
- The role includes installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of medical and electro-medical equipment at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
- The engineer will carry out routine maintenance, preventive servicing, and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation and safety compliance.
- Providing prompt after-sales technical support, attending service calls, and minimizing equipment downtime are key responsibilities.
- The position requires close coordination with doctors, biomedical staff, technicians, and internal teams to ensure proper usage, training, and operational guidance.
- Service reports, installation reports, maintenance logs, and client feedback must be prepared accurately and submitted on time.
- The engineer will assist the sales team with technical inputs, tender support when required, and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- All activities must be conducted in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Educational Requirements:

Diploma in Electronics, Electro Medical Engineer
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a sales and service.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in medical equipment sales or service will be considered an advantage
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 22 to 40 years
- Must be honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.
- Basic knowledge of medical or electro-medical equipment
- Ability to diagnose technical faults and perform on-site servicing
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Willingness to travel and work in the field
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer-service mindset
- Basic computer and report-writing skills
