Position Title: Receptionist Cum Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and accurately maintain necessary patient information.
• Provide necessary information, guidance, and assistance to patients and attendants.
• Handle billing and payment collection from patients/customers.
• Manage cash, card, mobile financial services, and other authorized payment transactions.
• Perform daily cash closing and reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and other payment-related documents.
• Prepare daily cash and transaction reports.
• Provide courteous and professional support to patients, attendants, and visitors at the reception desk.
• Receive and respond to telephone calls and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the management.
