Job Context:
SUOXI Hospital (Acupuncture) is a modern healthcare facility committed to integrative medicine, focusing on combining traditional acupuncture with modern clinical services and lifestyle wellness. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Officer who can deliver high-quality patient care while working in a collaborative and compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients’ medical problems by reviewing their history, conducting physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests.

Carry out accurate diagnoses and provide appropriate treatments or referrals as needed.

Order and interpret lab tests; explain medical procedures and prescribed treatments to patients.

Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans using EMR systems.

Perform minor surgical procedures and clinical interventions when necessary.

Uphold patient confidentiality, professional ethics, and impartiality at all times.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and departments.

Promote public health education and preventive care.

Stay updated on the latest medical developments, drugs, and treatment protocols.

Participate in regular training, workshops, and professional development programs.
Educational Requirements:

MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from any recognized medical college.
- BMDC Registration is mandatory
Experience Requirements:

3 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience.

Preference will be given to those who have worked in healthcare, hospital, or lifestyle medical sectors.
Additional Requirements:

Age: 25 to 40 years

Must demonstrate a compassionate, polite, and professional attitude toward patients.

Strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and integrity in medical practice.

Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to collaborate within a team-based, multidisciplinary environment.

Proficiency in using computers and EMR systems is a plus.

Sound knowledge of clinical hygiene and safety protocols.

Must understand data protection and patient confidentiality standards.

Strong communication skills in Bangla and English, both spoken and written.
