• Age 25 to 40 years
• Must demonstrate compassionate, polite, and professional behavior toward patients
• A strong sense of responsibility and ethics in healthcare is essential
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle stressful situations
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in computer use and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is an advantage
• Solid understanding of hygiene and clinical safety protocols
• Must be aware of patient confidentiality and data protection standards
• Interest in participating in healthcare-related training and workshops
• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities & Context

• Responding to patient’s medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
• Ordering lab tests and interpreting the test results.
• Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Collecting, recording, and maintaining sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
• Performing minor surgeries.
• Explaining procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
• Liaising with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
• Promoting health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
• Discussing and evaluating new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
• Keeping up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
