Responsibilities & Context

  • Strategic Planning & Calendar Management
    – Develop annual and quarterly digital roadmaps.
    – Coordinate multi-channel content calendars and launch campaigns.
  • Advanced Campaign Optimization
    – Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Dynamic, Lead Gen), and LinkedIn Ads.
    – Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, frequency control, and event-based tracking.
    – Implement dynamic creative optimization and lifetime value (LTV)-driven targeting.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting
    – Configure GA4 with custom event tracking; build dashboards in Data Studio/Looker Studio.
    – Analyze test results, extract insights, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
    – Design lead scoring and nurturing flows in HubSpot, Mautic, or ActiveCampaign.
    – Integrate with Salesforce or Zoho CRM for segmented email and SMS campaigns.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    – Use heatmaps and form-analytics to optimize landing pages.
    – Run hypothesis-driven experiments to improve user journeys.
  • Stakeholder Management & Leadership
    – Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Creative, and IT teams.
    – Mentor junior marketing staff and conduct performance reviews.
