Job Context:
SUOXI Hospital is renowned for offering advanced Chinese medical therapies in Bangladesh. As part of our holistic treatment approach, we are hiring skilled and trained CFT (Chinese Foot Therapists) to provide foot reflexology, foot acupressure, herbal foot soak therapies, and energy-based foot treatments under professional medical supervision. This role is essential in delivering relaxing and therapeutic experiences to our patients, especially those suffering from pain, fatigue, neuropathy, and circulation issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer Chinese foot therapy techniques including reflexology, acupressure, and herbal foot treatments.

Prepare foot treatment areas with proper hygiene and safety protocols.

Perform foot soaking therapy using Chinese herbal infusions as per protocol.

Identify key reflex points in the feet and apply pressure based on symptoms.

Record patient feedback and responses after each session.

Assist in managing therapy room appointments and schedules.

Maintain cleanliness, organize therapy tools, and follow sterilization standards.

Ensure a professional, calming, and patient-friendly environment.

Collaborate with doctors and other therapists to ensure continuity of care.
Educational Requirements:

Minimum SSC or HSC pass

Training or certification in Chinese Foot Therapy or Reflexology is preferred

Internal training will be provided for selected candidates
Experience Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in wellness, therapy centers, or acupuncture clinics is preferred

Freshers with interest in traditional Chinese healing practices are also welcome
Additional Requirements:

Age: 20 to 25 years

Physically fit and confident in hand-based pressure techniques

Willing to work in flexible shifts (morning/evening/weekends)
