Position Title: Cashier

Job Context:
SUOXI Hospital is currently seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Cashier to manage front-desk transactions, assist patients with billing, and support the accounting department. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate handling of payments and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive payments from patients (cash, card, mobile banking, etc.) and issue receipts.

Prepare and reconcile daily cash reports and submit them to the accounts department.

Handle patient inquiries regarding service charges and billing.

Coordinate with the front desk, doctors, and service units for accurate billing.

Maintain petty cash and submit weekly expenditure statements.

Ensure secure handling of cash and maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Support in inventory or service-based billing when required.

Report any discrepancies or irregularities in transactions immediately.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant discipline.

Training or familiarity with POS systems will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a cashier or in billing operations (preferably in hospital, diagnostic, or retail sector).

Freshers with strong math and communication skills may also apply.
Additional Requirements:

Age: 22 to 35 years

Must be honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.

Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills (Excel, billing software).

Good communication in Bangla and basic English.

Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in busy environments.
