Job Context:
SUOXI Group is a fast-growing healthcare and service-oriented organization serving a large number of patients and clients on a daily basis. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Call Center Executive who will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The role requires clear communication, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Call Center Executive will receive and make inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to patient and customer inquiries accurately and clearly.
- The role includes providing information about services, appointment availability, pricing, and basic guidance while ensuring correct and consistent communication.
- The executive will be responsible for booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments and updating all relevant information accurately in the system.
- Regular follow-up calls with patients or clients must be conducted to confirm appointments, collect feedback, or provide reminders when required.
- All call logs, customer records, and communication data must be maintained properly, and daily or periodic reports should be submitted to the supervisor or team lead as instructed.
- The executive must listen carefully to customer concerns, resolve basic issues efficiently, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Strict adherence to company policies, call center guidelines, confidentiality standards, and data privacy rules is required at all times.
Educational Requirements:

SSC, HSC or above
Experience Requirements:

Freshers are encouraged to apply

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be considered an advantage
Additional Requirements:

Age: 20 to 30 years

Strong verbal communication skills in Bangla and English

Good listening skills and a polite, patient attitude

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or call management systems

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls efficiently
